Buying Pramaan through a tender.

Pramaan is sold by Frontier Labs Private Limited. This page answers what a tender usually asks of a supplier. It sets out the company's status under India's public procurement rules and how that status is asserted. It also says whether we are on the Government e-Marketplace, and what security assurance exists.

Class-I local supplier

Frontier Labs Private Limited is a Class-I local supplier (asserted per tender) under the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order. That is a supplier status held by the company, not a product feature, so it applies to every tier. Under the Order, a Class-I local supplier's offer has local content equal to or more than 50%.

How the status is asserted

  • At each tender the bidder states the percentage of local content and where the local value is added, and certifies both itself.
  • For a procurement above ₹10 crore, self-certification is not enough: a certificate from the company's statutory auditor or cost auditor is required.
  • A false declaration can bring debarment of up to two years under Rule 151(iii) of the General Financial Rules.

Tenders are answered by Frontier Labs Private Limited.

Government e-Marketplace

We hold no GeM listing. If your procurement has to go through the Government e-Marketplace, say so when you write to us.

Security assurance a tender can rely on

  • Certifications. None. Pramaan's only security assurance to date is an internal white-box audit, 13 June 2026, and no third-party audit or penetration test report exists.
  • Where it runs. On servers you operate. Pramaan's server is the broker, and the broker has no licence-check server, no telemetry beacon and no phone-home; each of its optional outbound connections has its own switch. That list is the broker's: the mobile app is not covered.
  • What it does not do. The security pages set out what Pramaan does not claim, next to what it does.
  • Prices. The published floors and named-user bands are on the pricing page.

Questions

Do you hold a Class-I certificate?

No. Class-I is a supplier status, asserted per tender, not a certificate. At each tender the bidder states the percentage of local content and where the local value is added, and certifies both itself.

What changes for a large procurement?

For a procurement above ₹10 crore, self-certification is not enough: a certificate from the company's statutory auditor or cost auditor is required.

Not at present. We hold no GeM listing.

Does Pramaan hold a security certification?

No. Pramaan's only security assurance to date is an internal white-box audit, 13 June 2026, and no third-party audit or penetration test report exists.
