Delete your account data
Pramaan does not create accounts of its own — you sign in with an account managed by your organisation's identity provider. What Pramaan stores about you, and how to delete it:
Delete this app's data yourself (immediate)
- Remove the device enrolment: in the app, open Settings → Where you're signed in and revoke the device(s). This immediately deletes the device record, its push token and its approval key registration from the server; the hardware key on the device is invalidated.
- Remove local data: uninstall the app. On-device keys, authenticator (TOTP) secrets and cached profile data are destroyed with it. If you enabled encrypted sync, also disable it in Settings → Sync across devices first to delete the server-side ciphertext.
No app access any more? Email
contact@pramaanid.cloud
with the subject "Pramaan data deletion request" from your registered
address, naming your username. Enrolment records and sync data are deleted
within 30 days; you'll receive a confirmation.
What is deleted, what is retained
- Deleted: device enrolments (model, public key, push token), encrypted sync data, cached profile data on the device.
- Retained: security audit events (sign-in approvals and denials) are kept for the period required by your organisation's security policy, then purged. They are retained as security records, not marketing data.
Deleting the account itself
Your sign-in account (name, email, group memberships) belongs to your organisation's identity system, not to Pramaan. To delete or deactivate the account itself, contact your organisation's administrator — for Frontier Labs deployments that is the Frontier Labs team at the address above.
